Booking Policy
How It Works
We keep things transparent. Schedules and pricing depend on sea conditions, tides, and availability — here's exactly what to expect.
Flexible Pricing & Dates
Rates vary based on the season, weather conditions, and your preferred schedule. We'll confirm the exact price when you enquire — no surprises.
Downpayment to Confirm
A refundable downpayment is required to lock in your date. This holds your spot and covers preparation costs. Balance is settled on the day of your trip.
Cancellation — Full Refund
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure and we'll refund your downpayment in full. No questions asked — we understand plans change.
Within 24 Hours — Non-Refundable
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure cannot be refunded. Preparation, bait, crew scheduling, and boat readiness are already underway at that point.
